This video of Brewers' Jacob Misiorowski is the scariest you'll see today

Jacob Misiorowski is one of the most exciting young pitchers in baseball.

One of the reasons for that is that with his long, inspector gadget-level arms, he throws incredibly hard.

You wouldn’t want him throwing at your head, would you?

That’s the premise of a new post by the Brewers’ excellent social media team.

Watch this and see if you can do it without being spooked:

Seems safe, right?

Well, the good thing is that it’s not real footage. That’s an edited video, with the baseball movement seemingly spliced together at about the halfway point.

When Misiorowski threw the pitch they’re showing here, there wasn’t anyone sitting backward on home plate with an apple on their head.

It’s certainly advisable not to try that at home, or at MLB Spring Training, either. Misiorowski also has some wild tendencies, making him one of those young arms who is effectively wild.

The Brewers will be hoping he can reign in that fastball, as well as his absurdly fast slider, to have a great impact in what will be his first full big league season in 2026.

Misiorowski made the All-Star Game after just five MLB starts last season, which didn’t make many people happy.

This time around, he’ll try to prove he belongs, hopefully by throwing strikes and not at anyone’s head.
