Kansas Jayhawks Basketball transfer portal tracker live updates, news on commits, departures from the program

The Kansas Jayhawks are coming off a heartbreaking loss to the St. John’s Red Storm and look ahead to Bill Self coming back for his 23rd season. With the Big 12 elite looking to keep up Arizona and Iowa State, this will be a must-win recruiting period in the transfer portal. Now they’ll reassess the roster for the 2026-27 season and try to make a few moves.

Kansas finished the season 24-11 and will likely need to replace Darryn Peterson, who’s projected as a top pick in the 2026 NBA Draft. Flory Bidunga is expected to be gone as well. Two key pieces to Kansas’ overall success.
