The Chicago Bears traveled to Green Bay on Sunday to face the Packers for the first of two matchups in this 2025 season.
It was a back-and-forth barn burner that had everyone watching on the edge of their seats. After a slow start, the fast-paced second half sent the game into a whirlwind of excitement with both teams scoring one after the other.
It eventually came down to one last drive for Caleb Williams and the Bears’ offense. Unfortunately, they were not able to complete yet another fourth-quarter comeback as Caleb Williams’ last throw was intercepted in the endzone.

Ben Johnson gave us an answer today on what his plan was for if they scored that final touchdown.
Ben Johnson says two-point attempt was “highly likely”
Today, Bears head coach Ben Johnson made an appearance on ESPN Chicago’s radio show to discuss yesterday’s loss to Green Bay.
When asked about what his plans were if they had scored late, Johnson said the odds of him going for two were “very likely”.

The Bears had already found success in that game, going for two. Who’s to say they wouldn’t have been able to get it again with a power back like Kyle Monangai? I guess we’ll never know.
What we do know is that this is no longer a one-sided rivalry, and even in the loss, the Bears are for real. All eyes will be on Soldier Field Week 16 for the rematch between two of the NFC’s top teams.
