The Pittsburgh Steelers need a win on Monday Night Football over the Miami Dolphins to maintain their lead in the AFC North Division.
They’ll have to do it without T.J. Watt.
Watt was ruled out earlier in the week after a potentially scary medical issue, and so the superstar pass rusher won’t be on the field Monday night.

Why isn’t T.J. Watt playing tonight?
Watt isn’t playing Monday night due to a lung injury.
The star had surgery on Thursday to fix the issue, which was revealed as a partially collapsed lung, according to ESPN.
The injury occurred due to a dry needling session at the Steelers’ facility.
It’s not clear how long Watt will be out.
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported that Watt “could miss only one game.”
ESPN’s Adam Schefter, though, said it’d be “challenging” to get back in a week.

For now, the Steelers will have to figure out what they’re doing without Watt.
On the season, Watt has 7.0 sacks in 13 games, along with 53 total tackles, three forced fumbles and an interception.
The Steelers will rely more on Alex Highsmith, Nick Herbig and Jack Sawyer to get after the QB with Watt sidelined.
